Controller and scope

Ready 360 GmbH is responsible for processing personal data on ready360.ch and legal.ready360.ch and in connection with enquiries and newsletter subscriptions. Please send privacy questions and requests concerning your data through our contact form.

Hosting, email and technical access data

When you visit our websites, technically necessary connection data is processed, in particular your IP address, the time, the requested address and browser information. This allows us to deliver the pages and maintain the stability and security of the service. cyon provides our hosting and email delivery. Details of its data processing are available in cyon’s privacy policy. Technical server logs are subject to the hosting provider’s retention rules.

Enquiries, proposals and customer data

If you contact us through a form or by email, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and manage any resulting customer relationship. The forms collect, in particular, your organisation, name, email address, where applicable a phone number, preferred contact method, message and, for proposals, information about the services you request. If you expressly choose to do so, you can also send us a summary of your self-assessment. Form details are sent to Ready 360 by email, and you receive a confirmation. Form contents and individual self-assessment answers are not sent to Matomo.

Newsletter and marketing

For a newsletter subscription, we process your email address and, if provided, your first name. We first send a confirmation link that remains valid for 24 hours. We use your details for marketing emails only after you confirm. Until confirmation, subscription data is stored encrypted on the server; after confirmation, the subscription is forwarded internally by email. You can stop future marketing emails at any time through our contact form.

Website analytics with Matomo

We use our own Matomo instance at analytics.ready360.ch to analyse page views and selected usage events. Only page views are recorded on the Legal website. When tracking is enabled, the main website also records defined events, such as the start or completion of an enquiry or self-assessment. No names, contact details, form contents, individual self-assessment answers or enquiry references are sent to Matomo. Page addresses are sent without query parameters or fragments; only the referring site’s origin is sent.

Matomo does not set tracking cookies. We do not use user IDs, heatmaps or session recordings. Matomo analytics data is deleted from the active database after two years. Earlier backups may contain it for up to approximately 20 additional weeks; ten backups are rotated every two weeks.

You can turn off analytics for this Legal website in the analytics settings on this domain. Separate analytics settings for the main website are linked in its footer. Your choice applies only to the relevant domain and browser and is stored locally in that browser. A “Do Not Track” signal from your browser is respected as well.

Retention and your rights

We keep ordinary customer, contact and marketing data only for as long as required for the relevant purpose or by applicable legal retention obligations. The two-year deletion period for Matomo analytics data applies separately.

Subject to applicable data protection law, you may request access to your personal data and, where appropriate, its correction or deletion, or object to processing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Please use our contact form to exercise your rights.
